Fikile Mashishi
I am a third year student here at CIDA. I managed to get into the campus through hard work and determination. I couldn't afford tertiary education after matric so securing a bursary was the only way that I can change my destiny. I love education. It empowers you for the market place.
I was raised by a single mother who worked as a domestic worker, so I had to learn from an early age that, in real life, you’re the captain of your own ship. I’m currently working part time at Standard Bank Corporate through CIDA. My dream is to get into the Automobile industry. I want to make a name for my self and my family is right behind me. I'll never forget the road that I had to travel to get here. It is best to understand your past in order to be able to direct the future.
